I started the online training programme with Mick back in March when the lock down started and to be honest I wouldn’t be without it now. If anyone thought Mick Kelly was just about kettlebells you’re mistaken! From HIIT training, boxing, circuits, nutritional advice, body analysis, tailored training and even nature walks – he really caters for everyone!! I love the convenience of being able to do the classes when I want and he runs 8 different classes each week so there’s sooo much to choose from – the comradery and support from other group members is fantastic.
