I have been training with Total Fitness Systems for over eight years. I started with Kettle bell training and moved on with the flow to many different ways to exercise. Mick Kelly, the trainer and proprietor never stops coming up with new ideas. He attracts a wonderful group of people, who are an absolute pleasure to train with. All the classes are different; I am never bored with the same old, same old. My body shape has changed, I been given so many compliments recently. When the lock down came he immediately took the ball and ran with it, providing zoom classes and classes in the park, which are filmed, so if you are unable to participate outside you can enjoy them in the comfort of your own home. He provides great nutritional advice and let’s face it exercise is only 30% of weight loss and toning, 70% is what we eat. I am even learning to box, which I thoroughly enjoy. There are ad hoc walks with the natural beauty of Wexford. I look forward to my classes every morning and my mind and body have certainly benefited from them.
