For me the online training has been hugely beneficial. As someone who works full time to be able to do my workouts whenever it suits me is brilliant, I’m doing more sessions than i ever did in the gym. I have also found that working out along with Mick on the recording has helped me improve my form.
Having the option to train outdoors with the group is really lovely as you are getting to enjoy the social aspect that we all loved in the gym! And you couldn’t find a nicer group to train with. As always Mick is incredibly helpful with advice on training, nutrition and general wellbeing, and always encouraging, even more so since we went online as we all have a lot more contact.
