Having identified the need for core strengthening and increased fitness the Physical Therapist I was attending recommended me to Mick Kelly’s Gym at Total Fitness. I started with some individual Personal Trainer sessions, which for me were terrific as they increased my confidence, understanding and commitment to the programme. Mick’s guidance and interest in the programme he developed for me in relation to weight training, fitness and nutrition has continued over the years. He ensures for me and all those who like me attend classes that they are of a high standard for fitness training and also enjoyable, right up to and including the Park Sessions which he has run throughout the Covid time.
