I was recommended to Mick Kelly at Total Fitness Systems back in 2015. At the time I was very unfit, with low energy levels. Five years later, I’m much healthier, stronger and fitter. And – more importantly – I’m still enjoying the classes. From Day 1, the classes at Total Fitness Systems have been a place of welcome and fun. It doesn’t matter what your age, shape or physical fitness is, everyone is welcome. I’ve been in classes with every age group from young adults to 70+. There’s something there for everyone. Mick is interested in ‘the whole person’ – fitness, mental attitude, nutrition, strength – and this is evident in his dedication and support. His classes are varied and interesting. Since the start of COVID 19, all of the classes have moved online and outdoors: This means I can keep up my fitness with maximum flexibility – mixing it up between online sessions and ‘Park Life’ (the outdoor, park sessions). I have no hesitation in recommending Mick and Total Fitness Systems to anyone looking for an excellent and supportive health and fitness environment.
