High Octane Cardio(HOC) is based on a style of conditioning that boxers often used call "roadwork". Roadwork combines cardio such as skipping & bagwork combined with muscular endurance exercises using kettlebells. HOC takes roadwork to the next level by combining these exercises, the result is a fat loss program that will exceed your wildest expectations.

We now have a ranking system setup which is recognised by the Russian Girvoy Sports Federation, all members can can work up to Master of Sport Rank. We also have a number of competitions scheduled throughout the year.

Looking for a new and intense form of exercise? Boxing fitness is a whole body workout that will challenge your body, burn fat & improve Aerobic capacity. Clonard Boxing Club
Clonard Boxing Club is affiliated to the Irish Amateur Boxing Association (IABA) and Wexford County Boxing Board. Our objectives are to promote the sport of amateur boxing and to instill discipline and the art of self defence and encourage physical fitness among our members. Membership is open to male & female from 9yrs and upwards.
